FAQ:

Do I have to hard wire and plumb my Suitmate Water Extractor? 

You should and that’s the way it’s intended to be used, but it’s possible to add a plug and just use a bucket or a drain underneath.

My Suitmate is having difficulty depressing, what can I do?? 

This most likely is a problem with the alignment of the Micro Switch. See manual (part 2 page 55) for the full step procedure to solve this alignment problem
