Shipping policy

We stock most of our products in our Netherlands warehouse.  In some cases, we may ship from our suppliers.

Fast Delivery

We carry almost all the products we have in stock for immediate shipment. Availability is also indicated on each product.

- A regular order placed before 1 pm is usually dispatched on the same day. Depending on the products, we normally ship within 2 business days of the order via UPS or GLS and the products are received within 5 business days, usually 2 to 3 days depending on the destination.

We will provide tracking numbers once your order has shipped.

In some cases, we ship directly from our suppliers. If the product you ordered is out of stock or will take an extended period of time for delivery, we will inform you in a timely manner, and you will have the option to cancel the order. We are not responsible for any costs associated with slow or late delivery.

Please be sure to provide accurate shipping details.    

Delivery is free for all orders over €80 in the continental EU. Under €80, the cost is €20 if shipping in the EU.

- For shipments outside the EU and overseas, please contact us for delivery costs. We ship almost anywhere in the word, but we are not responsible for duties and taxes outside the EU.
