2 Collected and processed data

Except from the sign-up to our newsletter which allows us to send communications to visitors having requested it, the collection and processing of personal data is performed to meet the goal of processing your order. Only the data necessary to the execution of this order are collected.

The personal data that Bavada can be brought to collect are the following: 

• your identification information: surname, name, telephone number, email, and where appropriate information relating to your company

In addition, when a payment is made on the website, proof of the transaction including the invoice will be kept in the computer system in the website editor.

• Safebrands (website host)
• Payline, PayPal (payment provider)
• UPS - GLS - TNT - Janssen (Logistics, transport) 

Bavada.com is a secure website and hold a SSL certificate in order to guarantee that the information and the transfer of data transiting the website are secure.

Concerning the payment, all the transactions are processed securely by our banking partners, EMS and Payline. Your bank details are neither visible by Bavada nor stored in our folders.

In the case where the confidentiality or security of the user’s data is compromised, we commit ourselves to informing him by all means.

5 Cookies

The website uses cookies, a small text file downloaded onto your computer at the time of a visit to the website and allowing it to be recognised during another visit.
