Cancellation and return policy

You may cancel your order within 14 days after you received your order. Please notify us via email at info@bavada.com or call us (Tel:+44 20 7193 5104) for return instructions and authorization.

Product must be returned to Bavada Ltd. within 14 days of the return being authorized.

Product must be in like-new condition and in the same packaging that it was received.  The customer is responsible for all shipping cost to return.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there is any shipping damage, please report the damage to the carrier while the driver is still there.  If the carrier has already left, you must report any shipping  damage within three days of receipt.  We are not responsible for any damage reported after that time.

Refund

Refunds will be made once your product has been returned in good condition to Bavada Ltd at the address provided at the time the return is authorized. The customer is notified by email of the reception of the product. Once the returned products have been received and processed, a refund will be issued using the same method as the original payment, if possible.

Any shipping fees that were separately itemized in the original order will not be refunded.

Refund of non-faulty products paid with credit cards will incur a 3.0% handling charge on any amount refunded to compensate Bavada for credit card processing costs.

Items returned after 14 days but prior to 45 days may be returned for a 25% restocking fee. Product must be in like-new condition and in the same packaging that it was received.  The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the items to us.  Please e-mail info@bavada.com for return instructions.

 

Guarantee on Products – 100% Money-back guarantee

All Bavada products carry a warranty of at least one-year, often more. Please check the length of guarantee of your product.

Products with defects can be returned and Bavada will replace either the unit or the defective parts at our discretion. 

You must receive approval from Bavada before any returns can be accepted. Please e-mail info@bavada.com to receive a return authorization.  Provide your name, the order number and the model number of your product. Please thoroughly explain the problem.

The guarantee does not apply to any defects due to damage caused by you, inadequate installation or other misuse of the product.
